Willard C. (Bill) McNitt, III – Mr. McNitt serves as a director. He has been a principal, since 2000, of the Thurston Group, a merchant bank. He has served on the boards of several portfolio companies, including in the telecommunications, energy, financial services, and healthcare industries. Mr. McNitt was the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer of Zenith Electronics, and the Vice President and Treasurer of Gould Inc., both publicly-traded companies. Mr. McNitt is a CPA and holds a CFA charter. Mr. McNitt received his B.A., with honors, from Amherst College, and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
John Eilering – Mr. Eilering serves as a director. He is President of the Mt. Prospect, Illinois office of Glenview State Bank, where he is also a director. Mr. Eilering was the former Chairman and CEO of Northwest Suburban Bancorp Inc. from 1997 until its sale in 2007. He has over 44 years of banking experience. Mr. Eilering also serves on numerous community boards. He received his B.A. in Economics from Cornell University and his MBA from Northern Illinois University.
Steven L. Beal – Mr. Beal serves as a director. He is President and CEO of National Railway Equipment Company. Steven has been employed by NRE since 1986 and has touched every facet of the business throughout his tenure. Steven also serves on numerous community boards. Steven received his Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 1997.
George N. Gaynor – Mr. Gaynor serves as a director. He began his career in investment banking in 1974. In 1979, he became a member of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and was a market-maker specialist for 14 years. During the 1980s, he also served as a director of the First National Bank of Batavia, the State Bank of St. Charles, and as a founder and director/officer of Norris Bancorp, until 1988 when these entities were sold. Mr. Gaynor served two terms as an Alumni Trustee of Northwestern University, where he received his B.A. in 1973. Mr. Gaynor also serves as an advisor/strategist for a hedge fund, Three Circles Capital, and remains active in international investment banking, securities and derivatives trading.
William J. Howard – Mr. Howard serves as a director. Mr. Howard is an attorney who concentrates his practice on complex estate planning, probate, real estate matters, as well as on corporate counsel matters for numerous small- and medium-sized corporate clients including the Rock River Water Reclamation District and Estwing Manufacturing Company. Previously, he was a two-term trustee for Rockford Township and he continues to represent area townships in his law practice. Mr. Howard received his Bachelor’s degree in finance from Northern Illinois University in 1968 and his Juris Doctorate from University of Illinois College of Law in 1972.
Richard has held positions as the district manager for Woosley Operating Company, the past president of Continental Resources Eastern Region ,a director/partner of Orbit Gas Storage and Orbit Gas Transmission and vice president of Barger Engineering. He is involved in numerous charities including Habitat for Humanity, United Way and the United Methodist Childrens' Home, among many others. Richard also serves on the boards of the Illinois Oil and Gas Association, First National Bank Advisory Board of Carmi, Illinois, Lifeboat Alliance, Orbit Gas Storage and Orbit Gas Transmission. Richard received his B.S. in Petroleum Engineering (1983) and his M.S. from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
George “Bill” Beck – Mr. Beck serves as a director. Bill was the owner, President and CEO of Beck Bus Transportation Corporation for 37 years until its sale in 2007. Bill is the owner of TET Inc., a property management company. Bill serves on numerous community and state boards. Bill received his Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 1970.
John Michael (Mike) Otten – Mr. Otten, 55, serves as a director. He is a real estate investor with diversified holdings including acting as broker and owner of a Re/Max Real Estate office in Sedalia, Missouri. Mike specializes in multi-family properties, single-family residences, office buildings and property management. He has had past involvement in commercial and residential development and flex warehouse space, and has also operated a mortgage company.
Matthew (Matt) Breuer – Mr. Brewer, 41, serves as a director. He is the co-founder of Revelation Construction and Development in Linn Creek, Missouri. Currently Revelation Construction has over $20 million dollars in assets. In 2000, Mr. Breuer founded Ark Enterprises, which is a sales and management company specializing in insurance, property management and real estate. In 1998, Matt started in the insurance industry and held various positions from Agent, Regional Director, Agency Director and Central USA Marketing Director and President. Mr. Breuer has an Associate’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor’s and Business Minor from the University of Eastern Kentucky.
David Keller – Mr. Keller, 67, serves as a director. He is a 40-year veteran banker who spearheaded the start-up of The Bank of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri in 2005, which has since developed a network of branches in Southwest and Southeast Missouri. The Bank of Missouri is a business and professional bank with an emphasis on SBA lending to emerging and expanding business enterprises. The bank is also a leading provider of wealth management services to individuals and businesses for investment management, retirement planning, deferred compensation and employee benefits. He has served as the Board Chairman of the Missouri Innovation Center since 2004, which operates a 33,000 square-foot business incubator in Columbia and is an active angel investor with Centennial Investors. Mr. Keller serves as an Advisory Board Member at the University of Missouri – Columbia Medical School Foundation, the University of Missouri College of Personal Financial Planning, and the Steve and Barbara Fishman Entrepreneurial Center at Columbia College. He is a lifelong member of the Boy Scouts of America, serving on the Great Rivers Council Board since 1988, and having received the Distinguished Eagle Scout Award in 2002.
Corbyn (Corby) W. Jones – Mr. Jones, 40, serves as a director. An attorney, he is of counsel to Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. Mr. Jones specializes in business transactions, white collar defense and government investigations, and litigation. Prior to earning his J.D., Corby was the starting quarterback for the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he distinguished himself on the field and in the classroom. He subsequently spent time in both the National Football League with the Baltimore Ravens and Canadian Football League with the Montreal Alouettes. Corby has also worked as an analyst for the Fox Sports Network, as a part of their Big 12 Football Saturday studio team, and with Learfield Communications, as a co-host for the Tiger Pre- and Post-Game Show.
